NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!
How try outs will work:
There will be 3 days of clinics. This is where you will learn everything you need to try out. You will learn, jumps, chants, dance, stunting, and fight song. On the 4th night you will try out in groups of 2-3 in front of a panel of friendly, encouraging judges. The results will be posted here the next day, and on instagram. There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Friday evening if you make the team.
To try out you will need a current physical uploaded into planeths and read the handbook thoroughly and sign.
FAQ
- How do tryouts work?
Tryouts will be held Monday-Thursday in the main gym where Coaches & Captains will teach material that will be performed at the final tryout on Thursday. 8th graders will try out at the same time as current high school students. - Do I have to have experience to make the cheerleading team?
Students of all skill levels are invited to tryout. Athletes are not only judged on current
abilities, but also for potential growth.

We will have an "at home" no cost camp where new material will be taught. This camp will be in June and is mandatory.
